This is when Alfonzo was giving us a demonstration on how to make a muffin. Making muffins is part of our topic study. In this picture Alfonzo is pouring the melted butter in the bowl of flour, baking powder and vanilla essence. After he finished that he poured milk into bowl together with berries and walnuts and mixed it. When he finished mixing it looked cool.

Chef Alfonso was very helpful because he told us how to make savoury muffins and sweet muffins. The muffins he made looked very yummy. I wish I tasted one of his muffins. Would you have liked to taste one of his muffins, I know I would.
